One of the big differences here is the live streaming of sporting events that is available. You can actually watch games on their website while you are betting on them. Often times it is more obscure events, but it is still a nice feature.
The home page of the site is filled with articles and lines on events coming up or about to start. You can browse the lines without being logged in. See something you like, place your bet and continue browsing. After you are done, you can log in and it saves the choices you made so you can bet them right away. It is a small thing, but it is a nice feature compared to other books where if you found something while not logged in, you would have to find it again after logging in.
